Temptingly good. Every time.

We love good food and produce almost everything ourselves: game from local hunts or our red deer enclosure, house-brewed beer and sourdough bread from our stone oven. Our menu offers many Bavarian classics as well as a wide selection of vegetarian dishes.

Deer Enclosure and Hunting Grounds

Our red deer live in the enclosure directly behind the main building. We also have our own private hunting grounds in the surrounding area. Part of our game meat comes from there - hunted with respect for the animals and a mindful approach to nature.

Philosophy

Fresh and Local

Potatoes, eggs, vegetables: Whenever possible, we buy our ingredients fresh from the region. Working together with local farms is particularly important to us. It simply tastes better with good and high quality ingredients. And when it’s cooked, stewed, stirred, baked, and roasted from scratch.

Celebrations at the Estate

Your Event

Have something to celebrate? Whether it’s a wedding, birthday or corporate event: we provide the perfect setting for any celebration and accommodate groups of all sizes.

Your Bus Trip

Tour groups are also very welcome here. To ensure everything is well prepared upon your arrival, visits must be requested using our contact form. Please order from our Bus Menu by phone 1–2 hours before arrival. We have plenty of parking spaces available behind our main building.

Please schedule enough time for your visit - we cannot make up for or compensate for driver's hours, traffic, or the resulting time crunch during your meal service.

Beer Garden Reservations

Reservations for our beer garden can be made from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Reserved tables are held for 15 minutes; after that, the reservation expires. We cannot guarantee a seat in the shade, as the sun moves throughout the day. In the event of very high temperatures, we may temporarily close the beer garden in order to protect our staff.
