About us
We combine Bavarian tradition with everything that makes for a perfect wedding: unique venues, reliable cuisine, our own beer - which we’ve been brewing since 1450 - and our hotel.
Ceremonial wedding, champagne reception, cake buffet, three-course meal, party with music, midnight snack, and overnight accommodations - we offer the whole range in one place.
Our property is also perfect for wedding photos in front of the tower of the estate quarters, the old well, or in the courtyard of the castle ruins.

From small and cozy to large and lively
Venues
You can choose from a variety of venues for your wedding: Schalander & Terrace - up to 70 people. Sunroom - up to 90 people. Malt Cellar - up to 250 people.
Festively Set
Decorations
We’d be happy to set the tables festively for you. It doesn’t necessarily have to be traditional or all white. You can choose from a few different tablecloths and napkins. The rest of the decorations can be personalized and brought by you. We’d be glad to recommend a local florist who can help you select your flowers.

Ceremonial Wedding
You would like to exchange vows at our venue? A ceremonial wedding is possible both indoors and outdoors. In case of unfortunate weather, we’ll find a suitable alternative indoors.

Reception
We’ll prepare the reception after the ceremony to your taste - classic with champagne, non-alcoholic, or with a twist featuring our house-brewed beer. Small appetizers are available as well.
Time to Chat & Enjoy
Coffee & Cake
Between the reception and dinner, there’s time for coffee and cake. You’re welcome to bring your own wedding cake and other cakes, or have them delivered to us. And if you’d like something from our kitchen: a seasonal strudel is always a hit.
